Request data

When requesting data, firstly, please check which group you fall into, below, and follow the instructions.

Please email requests for BIGF data directly to bigf@bgs.ac.uk with brief project title, station name, time period (stated in DOY if possible). Our data request form is currently under development. Many Thanks

If you have recently submitted a data request form please also contact us directly so that we can action your request.

If you have submitted a request, but have not heard anything within 5 working days, it is likely that your firewall has refused our data delivery email. Please contact us directly, if you suspect that this is the case.

1. Higher academic users and PhD candidates
   We do prefer that you complete the data request form, on the first occasion of requesting data for a project. Subsequent demand for an existing project, may then be requested by plain email.
2. Commercial users, MSc and undergraduate students
   You may request data by plain email, including a brief project title, so that we may classify archive usage, as well as stations and time period(s) required.
