NB.  Since version 1.3.3, GRINGO no longer generates a warning if the
particular combination of receiver and firmware has not been tested.
In practice, it has been found that all of the current 12-channel Garmin
receivers work with GRINGO.  The following list is therefore no longer
updated.  If, however, you find that your receiver does NOT produce
sensible data, please report your receiver/firmware combination to
gringo@nottingham.ac.uk.  A sample of the logged data would also be useful.
